An example of a due diligence investigation involved a multi-million dollar Sydney CBD commercial office building earmarked as a future corporate headquarters for a large not-for-profit organisation. On the basis of our preliminary findings our client decided not to purchase the property due to permissibility obstacles and potential for community objection.
