The Holroyd Section 94 Development Contributions Plan was prepared following the finalisation of the Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 2013 to meet the demands for local infrastructure generated by up to an additional 15,150 dwellings and between 38,330 and 42,420 people by 2031.
